We successfully merge the efforts of the project team at the onset of the pre-construction phase and provide on-going technical support and feedback to minimize unnecessary costs and delays. Our continual focus on quality, architectural integrity, timeliness and savings allows our design development and pre-construction efforts to facilitate an efficient and constructable project.
G&R’s pre-construction services philosophy is an integrated process that includes both operational and pricing expertise. Our staff is diverse to take pre-construction services one step further – we believe accurate budgeting, forecasting, value engineering and constructability reviews require and necessitate a focused effort.
In addition to Project Management staff, we maintain a dedicated estimating and pre-construction department.

Ryan has been providing pre-construction services for G&R since 2004. Ryan specializes in budgeting and bidding projects for our repeat clients in the Aerospace & Defense market sector. Ryan is an expert in many estimating functions including conceptual estimating, budgets, negotiated, hard bid, value engineering and design/build estimates.
