As President, Joe’s responsibilities include overall management for G&R. Joe’s participation is heaviest during the design/planning and preconstruction phases to ensure that the project team develops a solid workable plan that will result in a successful budget and construction process. Through his leadership and direct interface with the Owner and design team, he ensures that projects are delivered beyond all expectations. Joe has over 30 years construction experience in San Diego County and has previously served as an executive for two top construction firms ranked in the top 100 nationally by ENR Magazine.
